Recently had annual AC service on a 4 year old unit installed by Shellhorn and Hill. The tech did not have a replacement capacitor on his truck. Tech said to call back to schedule the replacement. Capacitors cost $10 to $20 retail and take 10 minutes to change. I called to schedule the replacement. Howard (a great tech) came out and replaced the unit in about 10 minutes.
