Went to war with myself about making this post , but, it still bothers me to this day. I went to have my braces removed and the technician I had seemed to have a weird attitude. In addition to an hour wait to have them removed - the orthodontist removed them and afterwards , I had to sit for an additional 5 mins for pictures…. No one spoke to me about how to care for my teeth after the braces were removed , pictures were taken and I was told that I was “good to go.” This was a very half-assed experience. Greta and Kacie from the Auburn location are angels. They got me in to fix a problem within the next few minutes of me calling. They were kind, helpful, and friendly when I arrived. Kacie was professional and efficient with my appointment. I would recommend this orthodontist to all even though I have not yet met him, but because his team is so on top of it when he is not in office, it says a lot about how Shelley Orthodontics runs things. It doesn't get much better than Dr. Shelley. He will make sure you're happy and overall satisfied with your experience. He's very caring and accommodating with kids and talks them through everything. I've gotten braces with them, my son is about to get his off then my daughter will be getting hers on in 2 months. We are a Dr. Shelley braces family!!! Also his staff is so amazing and friendly! Kirby is just the absolute sweetest!
Staff is always so nice and great with assisting you. Very friendly! Dr. Shelley is very attentive.
