Update***** Update : Leaving yet another review for this place, I got my braces removed , just to discover a few weeks that a bracket was left on one of my teeth. The orthodontist here is super casual about the care of his patients. He said the bracket removal would be “easy peasy” . Easy peasy yes, but why weren’t all the brackets removed ? Went to war with myself about making this post , but, it still bothers me to this day. I went to have my braces removed and the technician I had seemed to have a weird attitude. In addition to an hour wait to have them removed - the orthodontist removed them and afterwards , I had to sit for an additional 5 mins for pictures…. No one spoke to me about how to care for my teeth after the braces were removed , pictures were taken and I was told that I was “good to go.” This was a very half-assed experience. Greta and Kacie from the Auburn location are angels. They got me in to fix a problem within the next few minutes of me calling. They were kind, helpful, and friendly when I arrived. Kacie was professional and efficient with my appointment. I would recommend this orthodontist to all even though I have not yet met him, but because his team is so on top of it when he is not in office, it says a lot about how Shelley Orthodontics runs things.
