Greta and Kacie from the Auburn location are angels. They got me in to fix a problem within the next few minutes of me calling. They were kind, helpful, and friendly when I arrived. Kacie was professional and efficient with my appointment. I would recommend this orthodontist to all even though I have not yet met him, but because his team is so on top of it when he is not in office, it says a lot about how Shelley Orthodontics runs things. Thank yall for being reliable, caring, and on top of things!
It doesn't get much better than Dr. Shelley. He will make sure you're happy and overall satisfied with your experience. He's very caring and accommodating with kids and talks them through everything. I've gotten braces with them, my son is about to get his off then my daughter will be getting hers on in 2 months. We are a Dr. Shelley braces family!!! Also his staff is so amazing and friendly! Kirby is just the absolute sweetest!
