Overall great first experience with this establishment. Very clean facilities, felt like I wasn't even in a medical venue. Reception was efficient and website and online forms had intuitive user experience. I never had any annoying paperwork friction or hiccups in my experience so far. Dr Ray and her team were very knowledgeable and direct yet still very polite and tactful about discussing the facts about my condition, which is a great thing that even some of the better medical establishment may not have.
