I can’t even begin to explain how this salon has gone from great to lackluster over the last couple of years. One thing I’ve noticed about this location is that when someone does a poor job, there seems to be little accountability or effort to correct the issue. I’m masc-presenting and enjoy a good gel manicure. I tip well and typically keep my service simple—a basic gel manicure. Sydney has been doing my nails for about 4 years now and she always comes thru. Pride is always my favorite time of year and she really understood the assignment this year.
Teenage daughter went in for a pedicure, they upcharged everything. Did gel on the toenails, and didn’t even ask if she wanted it. Took complete advantage of the situation. It’s dishonest salons like this that I would never go back too.
I’ve come to this nail salon a couple of times now and I’ve had different people do my nails and I’ve always had great results. Highly recommend!
Hannah did such a bomb job on my nails — I came in with a picture and got exactly what I wanted !!!
