Unprofessional and roaches and gnats everywhere. If u want to take some bugs home or let them crawl all over you while getting unprofessional service this is your place.
If you value professional and polite service, do not go here. They are extremely rude to the point it makes the service uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing. I know that prices have risen after COVID; however, if you are going to charge $100 for a basic full set with a single solid color and no design, then the work should be high quality. I always book with Olivia for my manicures and pedicures and she’s great! She’s very gentle, communicates well, and always makes sure I’m comfortable and happy with everything. I always leave loving my nails and toes. Definitely recommend her!
I always make an appointment and show up on time. Several times I have waited for 30-45 mins after my appointment time just to be seated, where I then waited another 20-30 mins for a simple manicure. Meanwhile I have watched walk-ins be seated and worked on while I’m still waiting. The first time I figured they were just busy, but it’s been a trend now. They do okay work but I value my time and I’d prefer to support a business that does too.
I highly recommend Olivia. She was great and took her time with each treatment. I received the Ultra Luxury Pedicure which included the heated neck warmer, paraffin wax, sugar scrub, herbal wrap, hot towels, hot stones and neck and shoulder massage.
