I always make an appointment and show up on time. Several times I have waited for 30-45 mins after my appointment time just to be seated, where I then waited another 20-30 mins for a simple manicure. Meanwhile I have watched walk-ins be seated and worked on while I’m still waiting. The first time I figured they were just busy, but it’s been a trend now. They do okay work but I value my time and I’d prefer to support a business that does too.

I highly recommend Olivia. She was great and took her time with each treatment. I received the Ultra Luxury Pedicure which included the heated neck warmer, paraffin wax, sugar scrub, herbal wrap, hot towels, hot stones and neck and shoulder massage.

Walk-ins welcomed. They took me right in and provided excellent service. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly.

I didn’t catch the young gentleman’s name who did a fill-in on my nails. Made an appointment, had no wait time, no rushing, and no shortcuts. He took his time and asked questions as we went for length, shape, and color. I am military so I can’t get too creative and have to be particular. My nails turned out great!

Sydney is AMAZING, been coming for years and she never disappoints. She even comes in early to take me before 9am! Highly recommend her ! Helen Olivia Kobe are amazing also!!
