I personally would not recommend this company they are bad at not listening to your needs. I called for my last check with them i wanted to know when will i get paid and the lady name Denise was super rude when i addressed it. She made me feel upset and mad because she said to “settle down”nowhere did i say anything after that i went off! when all i asked was a simple date of when my last check will arrive. DO NOT GET THEM for any respite hours.
Always short on employees and staff time for new respite company highly don't recommend this place waste of time and effort
We struck GOLD with our caregiver at Shella care!!!! Absolutely could not say enough about Teri Lopez!!!! That lady is one of a kind and so so so good to all my boys!!! She is the only reason we continue to recommend this company over and over again!!!
