Dont feel like i can trust them..they used a impact to put my oil plug in?? Got a new plug but now leaking along with a new rear main and oil pan leak... its literally been 3 weeks since last oil change..so 2 new leaks in 3 weeks.. they sabotage for job security.. wait til my boss gets involved.. hes going to love you long time

Took my vehicle here and they put the wrong filter on causing my check engine light to come on. The dodge dealership even told them the messed up my vehicle and I’ve yet to receive a refund yet . The manager said he he get the owner to contact me and still no word yet. I have statements from over 20 stating they this place is terrible when it comes to servicing vehicles. They put a 6 year old filter on my vehicle
I am writing to share the kindness I received today at Shell Rapid Lube. . I was traveling back from visiting daughter in Clemson, when my vehicle suddenly shut off. I managed to coast into the parking lot of Shell Rapid lube. A helpful technician tested my battery which gave me the insight as to what was going on with my vehicle.
