Took my vehicle here and they put the wrong filter on causing my check engine light to come on. The dodge dealership even told them the messed up my vehicle and I’ve yet to receive a refund yet . The manager said he he get the owner to contact me and still no word yet. I have statements from over 20 stating they this place is terrible when it comes to servicing vehicles. They put a 6 year old filter on my vehicle
I am writing to share the kindness I received today at Shell Rapid Lube. . I was traveling back from visiting daughter in Clemson, when my vehicle suddenly shut off. I managed to coast into the parking lot of Shell Rapid lube. A helpful technician tested my battery which gave me the insight as to what was going on with my vehicle. The place has changed management... again. And not for the better. I paid not just for an oil and filter change, but to have everything checked and topped off as I was leaving on a trip the next day. I noticed that the invoice showed "Vacuum: Refused by customer". Yeah, no that conversation never happened. I question if the filter was checked or replaced. I did not see them check the tires.
