Pilot Tire LLC sent us here! We had been in Raleigh the past month for work, on the morning we were supposed to drive to Indiana in the company car, our bosses informed us we needed to get a state inspection. My co-worker and I are both Indiana employees, we were ignorant of such inspections. We called numerous places in Raleigh that couldn't get us in until the afternoon. The facts: I was there for 1.5 hours for an NC inspection. A customer that came in 15 mintues after me got serviced before me and left 15 minutes before me. They did the job with no hiccups but I hate the thought of spending a quarter of my day on such a simple service.
I highly recommend!! I was a woman traveling alone, and still over 3 hours from home when my 2018 Tahoe suddenly broke down. An officer stopped to check on me and immediately referred this shop. They not only towed my vehicle to their shop, but they were able to diagnos the problem too. It was my transmission, and because it was late in the day, they wouldn't be able to replace it right away.
