I am absolutely furious with the service I received at this location today. I arrived for an oil change expecting a professional, timely experience, only to be subjected to a 30-minute wait in the blistering heat with no updates or explanation. After sitting there for half an hour, I was finally informed that the air filter I needed was unavailable. Guys were alert,focused, and of course ready to work. They kindly asked if i needed a reset for the oil life? I said no don't sweat it i know my vehicle and how to reset it. Not even 15 minutes in there. Pleasant service.
I have always gone here and always had good service. Yesterday I when and there were new guys and bad service. My car over heated and it has 0 life remaining. I paid $90 for my oil change and now am having to paid a toad truck and mechanic was with my kids in the car and it was very scary. I can not believe this is the service I received.
The individuals here are professional, quick, and do a great job. I get the oil changed & car inspections done here.
