Im currently working with Liz P. The new apartment manager. Shes been very pleasant and extremely helpful. My case needs extra care and shes been willing to work with me and guide me through the process to insure my safety and security. The apartment itself is nice, the upkeeping in management and maintenance is the problem. My apartment been leaking for years since July. Both bathrooms and the AC unit. water coming through the walls. We had 1 leak in July 2 in August in September on a Friday we had a leak so bad everybody that works for NHE clocked out and went home left the water on the floor till Monday they said they had nothing to clean it and the plumber won’t be out till Monday because they was booked. Very risky for children. My child was playing up and down the stairs when boom, they had to go through 2 surgeries and basically be paralyzed, this is why I moved out afterwards.

Our apartment began flooding at 4 PM on Friday and, as of 7 PM Monday, the issue still hasn't been resolved. We made five calls before a maintenance worker finally arrived Friday evening. After commenting that "things like this always seem to happen at the end of a shift," he left and never came back.
