Very risky for children. My child was playing up and down the stairs when boom, they had to go through 2 surgeries and basically be paralyzed, this is why I moved out afterwards.
Our apartment began flooding at 4 PM on Friday and, as of 7 PM Monday, the issue still hasn't been resolved. We made five calls before a maintenance worker finally arrived Friday evening.
