Started using them in 2014 in Feb with a regular service schedule. They called us to schedule appointments over summer/fall, which we did. They called us and scheduled the spring treatment in Feb 2015. The spray they used this time left white stains all over the baseboards and flooring AND it didn't fix the problem. When I called to ask for a retreat 3 weeks (23 days - as he made sure to point out) later they said that it was a ONE time treatment and that we had no regular treatment agreement.
