Longest wait I've ever experienced for a car wash. It appears that it only lets one car through at a time whereas other car washes could handle multiple cars. Vacuums don't appear to be free. First and last time coming here. I deviated this one time from Junction Car Wash and I regret it. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Shell gas station due to the unprofessional behavior of a staff member Kushi. Instead of providing courteous service, the employee raised their voice and screamed at me in front of other customers and my car wash code was not working due to app tech issue which was completely unacceptable and humiliating.
