Worst car wash of my life. Paid $15 and it did not even do the cleaning for 3-4 minutes. Very disappointed. Extremely poor quality of cleaning. 😔

I recently visited the Shell car wash and was dismayed to find that instead of updating their facilities or improving the quality of their blowers, management has opted to provide rags for customers to use post-wash. And the blow time is very minimal being that it starts when you still have not been completed as far as far as the brushes. This approach not only undermines the value of the service paid for but also shifts the responsibility of achieving a satisfactory outcome back onto the customer.
