Amazing steak ;-) people and costumer service
So here are my issues with Shell and Bones. We have had some really yummy dishes there and some mediocre ones too. The reservation system is poor; they only reserve 70% of capacity and leave the rest for walk ins. The front door staff does not communicate with the wait staff and there is always a mixup about when you can be seated and where. 2 nights ago, we had reserved an outdoor table.
