I had a very unpleasant experience at this Shell gas station with an employee named Ravinder. When I first went inside, he refused to accept my coins. When I came back again, there was no greeting or basic acknowledgment. Instead, he made facial expressions that came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. He didn’t say anything directly rude to me, but his attitude and the way he interacted with me made me feel ignored and disrespected as a customer. Customer service should at least involve basic courtesy and acknowledgment.
