The Sales consultant at Shelford Homes (Ian Hatfield) is a friendly English Man. He made looking for our first home to build a nice experience after feeling a bit confused prior. Ian gave us plenty of time to think about everything we wanted without any pressure to sign up. He knew the answers to all our questions and showed us a house that had the base design we liked.
