STAY AWAY I’ve had an awful experience with Shelford. We can't recommend Shelford enough. Clay, Shannon, Greg and the wider Shelford team provided us with outstanding service and made an inherently stressful endeavour feel very relaxed and easy. Specifically, we were impressed with the build time (10 months from slab to keys), the quality of the work, and Greg's commitment to getting us in before Christmas.

Gone down hill. Second time building, first experience was great 7yrs ago. This time the experience was noticeably worse. Maybe too big for their boots now or they're concentrating on commercial construction....who know's, but I would'nt go back Review dropped down to 1* as I couldn't get a maintenence request responded to and had to arrange a tradesman from my own pocket. Truly a terrible builder now

If you want a quality home, do not use Shelford. The word quality does not deserve to be in their name. Our house is full of dodgy touch ups. The whole process with the Supervisor was hard work, he was rarely there and his tradesmen were disrespectful; they cut wood on the stone benches and chipped it, they used toilets that weren't fitted to septic tanks, they trampled hard rock into the finished flooring...
