Shelford homes build non-compliant homes. I have moved into a new home built by Shelford in 2023. Weeks after moving in, we had a leak through a downlight. It's been 6 months and the builder still has not fixed the leak. My ceiling has now collapsed, the walk-in robe has flooded twice, and they have left my son and me in an uninhabitable home. We highly recommend Shelford as an outstanding builder. They constructed our home in 2021/2022, and when we wanted to do an extension to it, we immediately contacted the Shelford team again. We were apprehensive when we started our building journey, as its no secret the challenges that industry has faced of late. Nice place i love ot
Shelford took 4 years to build our house. They mucked up the brickwork so bad that the whole house had to be rendered. The staff are rude to deal with. It's been over a year & still fighting for our 6 month's maintenance to be completed. We paid alot for the build, had to rent for 4 years. Copped 10 interest rate rises becausethe build took so long & still continue to pay financially. They caused unnecessary stress. A build shouldn't be like this!
