We are happy with our new closets for a newly renovated home. There were a few hiccups but Shelf Help addressed quickly as best they can. Given we installed into a renovated home, floors were uneven. These closets are not millwork (hence better priced) so it will not be fully flush but the quality is good. We had to have our GC install the toe trim to hide the gaps. Would recommend Shelf Help for good quality closets, especially if millwork is out of the budget.
I cannot say enough great things about Shelf help! Greg was recommended by a friend and from the start, he has been quick to respond and very accommodating. The layout he designed for our small walk-in closet was beyond my imagination and we are beyond pleased with the end result ! Our installer, David was very timely, courteous and friendly! I have already recommended shelf help to our contractor as well. Price and quality also impressive!

Greg is super responsive and honours his warranty. 3 years after installation, he came to complete minor repairs right away and our closet system is like new again. We highly recommend Shelf Help!
