We called Sheldon's Heating and Air to look at the AC unit on one of my rentals in Moreno Valley. They sent a technician who is also the OWNER, told me the unit needed servicing, cleaning and TWO capacitors. I asked him why 2 when the fan is running. He said, "oh it's intermittent". And said BOTH needed changing at $89 each plus a service call. I approved it and asked my tenant to get the old parts. Almost $300 total and the photo she sent me was for a single start capacitor.
