Sheldon listed our Potrero Hill house at $3,650,000 in June and it sold for $4,100,000. Under contract in about two weeks. The list price was his call and I'll admit I was nervous about it. He was right and I was wrong. He's also good at the boring part. Punch list, prep schedule, Compass Concierge so we weren't paying for paint and staging out of pocket while we were also trying to buy in Davis. We were out of the country the week it hit the market. He handled it.
