I’m very disappointed with how this office handles mental health concerns. I’ve been a patient here since I was a teenager, and during a recent mental health episode, I experienced a complete lack of empathy both from the reception staff and the doctor. ( DR GRANT). Doctors are nice. They listen to you and do a through check and follow up with you and answer questions patiently. Reception staff can come off as a bit rude on the phone and in-person.
I have been seeing Dr. Grant for almost 20 years, she is fabulous. Absolutely no bad words I could share. (My 3 family members all see Dr. Grant.) I am so thankful for their efforts in continuous care (as someone with many health issues.) I really enjoy having my health always taken seriously, especially as a women. I see some comments about the reception staff not being the best, agreed, the turnover has fixed this.
I've been a patient at this clinic for some time, and I want to make it clear that Dr Cats-Biro is excellent. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about their patients' well-being. Not really sure why the one receptionist who appears to work mostly Friday’s is in this field when she clearly does not like people or her job. I’ve called multiple times on a Friday and the one receptionist has been nothing but rude and condescending to me. Not sure if she’s aware but the huffing and puffing on the phone while speaking with patients is very unprofessional.
