Dr Catz Biro is good but the receptionist is extremely rude and makes the experience very, very unpleasant.
I’m very disappointed with how this office handles mental health concerns. I’ve been a patient here since I was a teenager, and during a recent mental health episode, I experienced a complete lack of empathy both from the reception staff and the doctor. ( DR GRANT). Doctors are nice. They listen to you and do a through check and follow up with you and answer questions patiently. Reception staff can come off as a bit rude on the phone and in-person.
I have been seeing Dr. Grant for almost 20 years, she is fabulous. Absolutely no bad words I could share. (My 3 family members all see Dr. Grant.) I am so thankful for their efforts in continuous care (as someone with many health issues.) I really enjoy having my health always taken seriously, especially as a women. I see some comments about the reception staff not being the best, agreed, the turnover has fixed this.
I've been a patient at this clinic for some time, and I want to make it clear that Dr Cats-Biro is excellent. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about their patients' well-being.
