Lots of respect for Dr, Gross. His bedside manner is fantastic and he has shown a lot of compassion and concern over the past couple years.
We love Dr. Gross because he really listens to us and he takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and I really appreciate that he always takes the time to call me with any concerns of mine, and appreciate his availability and care for my daughter. He's really the best neurologist we've seen.

If I could give no stars I would. Very unfortunate that Dr. Gross is a fine Doctor but his front office staff is unprofessional, not empathetic and completely rude. The fact that he allows the front office staff to continue this behavior reflects poorly on him. The numerous bad reviews reflects this. I was accused by Pamela of not giving my son his medication properly as i have always given his medication properly and this is not ok. Dr .sheldon gross is a wonderful doctor the nurses is very polite the staff is a good staff
Dr. Gross ALWAYS takes his time with my daughter. Always so professional. He’s a great Doctor. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. The staff he has are very attentive to his patients.
The Dr. is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner!
