I truly didn't have a bad experience, the machines work wonderfully! $1.30 for 15 min of dry time will dry a larger load of laundry. The washers are priced pretty steep, a 6 load washer was $10.60. An 8 load washer was $14ish. Do not use the STOP button on the washer, I did, hoping i could throw in a missed sock and had to pay the full amount to restart the washer. The attendant was cool enough to understand the confusion, and wasn't able to refund but told me next time to let the attendant know and they can start them again... read more
This used to be such a great location. Recently it has gone so far down hill. Yes the machines are great and fast but they do not get cleaned on a regular basis. I am usually one of the first ones in on weekend mornings. The floors are still covered in salt from the previous day. Infact, no snow has fallen in a week, but has rained a lot, yet the floor is still covered in salt. The bathrooms are disgusting. Sinks are getting black mold on them. Very clean floors. A great assortment of washers and dryers. Plenty of tables and chairs plus they have a fireplace in the front! They offer dry cleaning and also have laundry services available for busy people.
Machines are almost always broken and my clothes come back dirty
