The hygienists always do a good job; they are professional and friendly. However, the front office staff are in dire need of customer service skills. I arrived at front desk with 2 office staff chitchatting without looking up to greet nor smile.
Debbie, office manager was rude and unreasonable regarding a simple request. New to the area and looking to establish myself with a new dentists, I was shocked to be treated that way. Dr Sheldon either doesn't want new patients or he has no clue who he has given permission to represent him to potential new clients.
Dr. Dan Sheldon is awesome. I had two crown removed and permante replaced the same day. Office staff is so nice too.
