Customer service is horrible. I hope they never lose one of your items. They don’t call back! I have been dealing with a lost item for over 3 weeks. Neal doesn’t return calls. After a week of him looking for an item. I called him back 3 days in a row before he called back. They lost the item. I called and told him how much it was and the place no longer carries it. I am extremely disappointed and I feel cheated. I paid $12.60 for a large load of clothes and I forgot to put my laundry pods in. I opened the door to put the pods in and was informed that now I must pay an additional $12.60 to wash my clothes. I had not even locked the door on my machine yet. I could not get my money put back on my card which made me not have enough to wash my second load. I feel cheated! I paid $25.20 for 1 wash!
They over promise & under deliver. I have now been burned by them twice with time sensitive cleanings. 1st wasn’t ready in time, 2nd was ready, but not pressed!! Over charged, poor customer service, and shotty quality!
I received news today that they ruined one of the two dresses I brought in to have cleaned. My dress got “sucked into a fan”... I wore this dress once and they ruined it. I spoke with Neal, who had a conversation with me via text only. He NEVER acknowledged what I had to say. He wasn’t even kind enough to apologize for their mistake. Sheldon Cleaners is Amazing!!! I had my bridesmaid dress alterations done at Su Alterations in the mall and I was extremely unhappy with their work. When I finally picked up the dress from Su, there was an enormous stain on it and it was 2 days before the wedding. Sheldon got the stain completely out, rushed to finish it for me, and even redid most of the terrible alterations that were previously done for an extremely low price! Tore three of my shirts and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Burnt another shirt. Awful customer service by their management.
Took my legally blind aspergers cousin there to do laundry. I did not like having to buy a card. I don't think we will ever go back. Lost money. As for the cafe... Hard to figure out what was available.
I recently had my wedding dress preserved at Sheldon cleaners. I was hesitant at first for preserving it. I always thought doing a trash the dress would be fun, but I love how excited my mom and mother-in-law were to show me their dresses and finally open that box many years later. Sheldon has made that a reality for me someday! My box and preservation are beautiful. I even have a peekaboo top that I can open and close with Velcro to still view my dress. I highly recommend Sheldon to preserve your wedding dress!
