Thanks Sheldon for returning my dry cleaned shirt with yellow stains on it citing there were invisible stains. Cool!
RecommendedI love this place. It is always clean the washers and dryers do a great job at a great price. If you have a problem the staff is always quick to help.
This place lost a belt to a coat I brought in to have cleaned and after trying to get my money back for the cleaning for over two months, all I received was a 25% off coupon. What a joke of a business. If you value your clothing do not go to Sheldon.....
Terrible business... lost my coat... gave $20 to replace it.. who would bring in a black wool coat worth $20. They need to have better customer care!!! Telling everyone this holiday season.. go somewhere else
Too Expensive, I don't like it at all.
I don't care for any of it. They are understaffed, management doesn't step up to help their workers they just leave them alone to figure it out. Not a business that is ran well behind the scenes. They definitely enjoy taking your money though, way to over priced.
This place is WAY overpriced. 7.50 to clean a typical buttonfront shirt? No, not silk or any other special fiber, Just a typical 20 dollar shirt from any department store. They advertise 3.50 but they charge double for some reason which they can not articulate why they do. I am done. For 2 years I have dealt with their odd pricing and inability to follow simple instructions (Fold VS Hang or Vice versa). This was the last straw. Go elsewhere. Maplewood, Lemon Fresh, Plantengas.. ANYWHERE but this place!
Burned a shirt of mine 2 weeks ago still have not been reimbursed. When I go to my local location in Ada and ask they cant give any answers on reimbursement and do not make an attempt to help. The customer service at the Ada location is terrible. I will be taking by business elsewhere
Tried contacting Sheldon's by phone to see why they are not open. Their voicemail is full and cannot leave a message. We can clearly see people are inside and no-one has the decency to come out and tell those several people sitting outside as to why they are not open and their open time is 6:00am. Customer Service is not what it use to be.
