Unfortunately, a few bad apples ruin it for all the good ones!!! The turn over rate here is high to say the least, so employees come and go. For the most part, customer service is cool, but more than once, myself and members of my family have had words with an employee there. Not all but a few have no idea what good customer service means. I think a class would be a good idea. We live like 2 blocks from here, I love what the store offers but most of the time we go across the street instead, to the Shell
