I’m not sure what the bad reviews are. But from my personal experience, (tenant 2+ years) If you need help, email. They have many locations & may not be available at a certain location when you call. My emails have never went unanswered & are replied to in a timely manner. Depending on the situation. If there is a maintenance issues. Fill out the form on the tenant portal. They fix it. I absolutely love my apartment here.
DONT LIVE HERE. Worse experience ever. Reasons why: 1. Bathroom mold constantly (various tenants have this problem) 2. The workers that fix the apartment don't know what they are doing. Take forever to fix the problem. Half fix it. 3. Secretary at front desk extremely rude, hides it. 4. Management is horrible. 5. When you call the service line the machine has been broken for almost over a year. Either no one answers. it goes in a loop. or the machine system ends your call instead of you ending it. 6. Worst experience ever. Within two days the heat went out in December and they refused to take care of it. Walls are thin. Roof leaks and they don’t take care of mold. Don’t move if you have asthma or pets
I wouldnt recommend living here. I was here for 3 years and my second year I found black mold in the closet. There idea of taking care of the mold was using bleach to clean the wall, then putting some cement or plaster over the area where the mold was, sanding it down and painting over it. Also if a tenant is abusive, violent, and/or racist they will use your knowledge and evidence to get them removed. Also the removal process will take over 2 months for that to happen. Don't live here. It's dangerous, living conditions are poor, and management treat you like garbage.
