Beware. They "moved me in" to a unit with a padlock on it so I couldn't use the unit. I wasn't going to post a review about the scam (since they also charge you when they do this), but they kept calling and harassing me for months claiming I had "moved in" to a unit they never unlocked for me. Stay away.
The lady who helped us was beyond awesome and polite. Glad to be in TN where people like you are at.
Manager was extremely helpful and the service was excellent.
