The staff was none pressuring, and allowed me the ability to look at what vehicles I wanted to browse thru and then when I decided on the vehicle that I wanted they worked with me and my budget to get the vehicle. The entire staff that I talked to and dealt with were friendly and talked to you like a person not just another customer
If I could give them a 0 star review I would. Very dishonest individuals and communication is awful, the so called owner Nick is pathetic as he would not return any emails. We took our truck to their service dept. last year over a transmission issue, at that time Stellantis (Dodge) was covering all costs over ongoing issues with our truck. Well Shelbyville Service Department could not find the issue and Adam in Service told us to drive in until the issue reappeared since we had extended warranty.
