Food tastes good, staff is nice, restaurant looks clean but portion size is extremely disappointing. Way too expensive for what you get. Very unlikely to return. Edit: Went back and found portion sizes to be much improved. Excellent food and great value. No wonder the place was busy.

I visited Shelby’s for the first time today, and I had such a great experience. The staff member (Pankhuli) who helped me was fantastic. She welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain the menu clearly, which made ordering really easy. She gave helpful suggestions, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about what I was choosing. The food came out quickly and tasted fresh and delicious.
