Was served by Omran. They ran out of sumac onions so he replaced it with extra toppings per my liking. And food as always with Shelby’s is top notch. Overall a fabulous experience
Omran served us he was very patient, polite and friendy with us. Worth going
The food is really good however there has been one out of maybe five times where they have delivered exactly what I’ve asked for. I have ordered the bread every single time and they always forget it like you can count on them missing it and it’s always a hassle because it’s so good, but the restaurant just suffers terribly from their lack of service but if they decide to fix that, it would be a really good place to eat
I don’t know what happened to the food quality over the last year or so. I gave this location one more shot recently and found a thick hair in the coleslaw. Followed up a couple of times via email and x. Sent pics. No response beyond asking for my contact info. Gave m 2 stars only because I know the impact of reviews on small businesses and I wanted to support this one.
