Absolutely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful. They don't even show up when they say they will. They'll simply go MIA. You'll have to call and call and call back to simply try and get someone to follow up with. And that's if you can get someone to actually speak to you. Then when they do show up they'll damage your property and claim it's not their fault. DO NOT SO MUCH AS THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY unless you wish to deal with never ending headaches and damage to your property that wasn't there previously.

Great service from Shelby Home. They were able to identify and fix my AC problem. They were very helpful, professional, and answered my questions. Mr. Shelby was helping all the way. I definitely recommend this company.

Improper and unprofessional management of time. Was told 5-6. Was told REPEATEDLY I’d have a plumber on the way and only during the THIRD PHONE CALL was my address actually dispatched to a plumber and ONLY THEN was it revealed that it would take an ADDITIONAL 50 minutes of time for them to actually arrive. Took time out of my day for no reason, horrible horrible scheduling and overall unprofessional. don’t put me in a group conference call with your coworker to ask them what their schedule is!!!! disappointing
