Hi, had an unpleasant experience today. We ordered from Shelby’s for our team lunch as I heard it’s a great shawarma place. In our uber order, I found a large metal piece in my regular wrap. We only got refund for 1 of our order, but I feel we should get a full refund, as we all didn’t continue to consume as it was unsafe and food poorly handled, with oversight. If someone from the restaurant provide a resolution. This wasn’t the greatest experience this time around as we are repeat customers.
