I had a disappointing experience here. I came in with a coupon for a regular wrap. The cashier told me it only applied to a traditional wrap with fixed toppings, which I accepted to avoid arguing. However, I clearly and specifically asked her not to include certain vegetables because I’m allergic to them. I had a very disappointing experience with the employee who answered the phone on July 7, 2026, at approximately 1:31 a.m. after I placed my Uber Eats order. I called immediately because Uber Eats did not provide an option to leave a note, and I simply requested that the sauces be packed on the side instead of inside the shawarma. I ordered one Shelby's Special Bowl and one Shelby's Special Wrap combo. The food itself was okay, but I was very disappointed with the portion of fries that came with the combo. The bag was less than half full. When I politely asked the employee if that was the correct quantity, the response I received was simply, "That's what you get." The dismissive attitude was disappointing and made the experience even worse. Better customer service and more consistent portions would go a long way.
