Chicken wasn't the best, as expected.

I placed a large order for a party and spent roughly $300. One of my guests bit into a wrap and found a ladybug inside it. When we called Shelby’s to report the issue, we were hung up on twice. After that, our calls were avoided altogether. When we finally managed to speak to a manager, we were accused of planting the ladybug ourselves.
