Owner took my 1993 Volkswagen Eurovan Westfalia camper to be painted. Covid happened and the owner asked me for Complete payment upfront $7000 It took the owner 3 1/2 years to paint my van. It still isn’t done.!!! And he let my van sit out in the field to get towed
My friend took his van to this shop after the motor blew. It has been OVER A YEAR and every week the owner calls with more excuses as to why it's not finished. He's been told countless times that it would "be done by the end of the week". Joe (my friend) drives Uber for a living and has lost thousands in wages due to the failure of this shop to get it done. Joe paid in full for both parts and labor and keeps getting the run around. I don't want to make things harder for a small business owner, but this is ridiculous.
The owner personally took the time to help me and work on the car. I no longer live in the area but had a family member’s car break down in Eastlake. I knew the only person I could trust was Andy. He had us fixed and on way very quickly at a very reasonable price!!! I work for a large dealer group and could have towed car anywhere but I personally trusted Andrew to do the amazing job he did. Kudos!!!
