My self and 3 children have seen Dr. Tom for almost 10 years. He had staff prior that was rude and did not make the experience pleasant but have since then been removed from employment. The staff now is knowledgeable and much more pleasant to deal with. I respect and trust Dr. Tom as our family physician. I will stay with him as long as he stays in practice! Thank you!!!
Excellent doctor.
Dr Tom is not a very pleasant person in general. He'll insist you come into his office and waste your time and money when he can just do a simple thing on the phone. He talks to you like you're an idiot. He also rushes thru appointments like he can't wait to get done for the day. He refused to sign off on a few extra physical therapy sessions that were actually helping me. Now I'm stuck to either find a new doctor or waste time and money on another 30 second visit to his office. He was helpful on a couple things i've dealt w... read more
