I highly recommend Pam Mitchell and the Craniosacral massage. It was so relaxing and I still feel the benefits 2 days later.
Shelby Wellness is such a relaxing place and the staff is awesome. They have something for everyone whether it's counseling, message therapy, yoga, chiropractic care or new skin care & a make over, you can find it there.
The most Zin place in Shelby. Definitely recommend the aromatherapy oils. Michelle Blackman has put together a wonderful team of professionals that everyone can benefit from.
