Shelby Thornton was unfortunately scheduled as the last minute replacement for my normal doctor to perform the follow up to my ER visit for Chest Pains and anxiety. She misquoted my statements about getting the appropriate medication for my actual condition and put that in MyChart to appear as though I was seeking drugs. Then she prescribed inappropriate medication and noted in MyChart that I was unhappy about it. Also, she completely fabricated examining my abdomen.
