If you’re looking for a place to misplace your sensitive medical documents and be treated like an inconvenience for daring to ask about them- look no further! After they lost my paperwork, the staff and CNP acted like I was the problem for even bringing it up. Their rudeness was truly next-level- almost impressive, really. It’s not every day you find a medical office so committed to both disorganization and poor customer service. Five stars for consistency, zero stars for everything else.
Shelby was very polite and professional when meeting her for an emergency visit. I plan on making her my PCP for the future and appreciate her helping me on my journey to better health.
