Low rating due to telling my normal CNP (lieing to) about me "refusing" antibiotics. You see- I had ZERO symptoms of an infection. There are other possible diagnosis that could have been at play. Original Dr did not do cultures. With my situation, there are other diagnosis that could be at play. I cannot stand a liar, even a 1-time liar. Shelby lied. Now I requested to never see her again TWICE. She made a hugely bad impression. Note that she was filling in for my regular Dr at another location.
Shelby is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen, offer different opinions so I feel involved in my medical care, and the office has a schedule that can get an appointment fast if needed. She will even do a video visit if I’m sick. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP.
