I was really disappointed in the services we received at Shelby nails. I made an appointment for my hubby to get a pedicure and myself to just have polish put on mine since l do my own after having them scrape up my toe nails with the metal instrument which took me many many months to out grow. His appointment was at 12:15 we waited well over 40 minutes for Lynn to get started after they put his feet in the water. They have NO respect for their clients time.
