I had these people install a gas water heater several months ago. They did a good job. Our friend who is a widower had a water heater problem and I recommended Shelby plumbing. They did not fix the problem, charged her almost $900, and the problem persists. I felt responsible in that I advised her to call them. I have made several attempts to contact them via phone and via text. I did receive one return call which I couldn't take at the time. They responded to my call in a very reasonable amount of time assessed the problem. Develop a little plan executed it that first part of this dilemma was solved. Thank you Shelby plumbing.
They say they can come out but apparently dont want to work like half of everyone in cleveland county! Can’t even get them to call or text back, definitely do not recommend if you want your plumbing fixed.
