I want to give him a 0. I am 83 years old. We hired Chris Shelby to do some plumbing work for our daughter and the next day when she checked the work he had done nothing. She needed construction work and he was trying to get that work as well and indicated he was going to come back and do the work. We paid him $320.00 and when we called him and confronted him about the lack of work he had done, he indicated he was planning to come back and do the work.
