Took the VIP shop tour with the tour guide Renee and really enjoyed it. When we went to purchased some shirts and other items. When we went to check out the employee (Monica) that was ringing us up got very annoyed when my wife asked about a discount that she was told we would get at the time we bought the shop tour tickets.
