Pros: Very quiet, great area, I felt safe and secure here. Loved the decor during the holidays and the windows. Great space and size for the price. Neighbors are nice and it’s easy to move furniture in and out. They have an elevator as well. It’s bug free!! Just a few spiders. Great scenery and a well maintained campus. Heating unit went out and they fixed it right away.
I am so pleased to make Shelby Park Manor my home. Andrea, Cathy and maintenance have been more than supportive, helpful and encouraging. A big thanks to everyone who works so hard to make life here possible. Looking forward to many years here.
i give more of a 3.5 star. it would be 4 but i chose 3.5 due to the lack of attention to certain things and the “sloppiness”. examples stated below. they decorate beautifully for the holidays and the neighbors are amazing. i love that they have actual front doors to the apartment and not a cheap wooden door. there’s no bugs or infestations which is good. i love the in unit laundry and dish washer! i also love the window designs. it’s a great location and scenic. just don’t move into a north facing apartment unless you never ... read more
