Delivered a package to Shelby Park Manor Apartments and was impressed by the beautiful common areas. The space was clean, inviting, and elegantly decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. It’s clear the management takes great care of the property—truly a lovely place!

If I could give zero stars I would. I lived here for over 2 years and I don't know if it's new management or not but absolutely no care for tenets. You have a work order forget about it it will take weeks and they still don't care. I steer people away from here. THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT! Extremely rude won't answer the phone Definitely WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS. Ignore you always. Give no notice for building cleaning or power washing etc. Don't waste your money here it's the worst!!
