I do not have the best driving history (at least I can admit it, though, right?!) and Tammy has always helped me with making sure I had the right policy - renter’s and auto! Not too long after Justin joined the agency, my auto policy renewed and my premium went up instead of down (and trust me - I had worked hard for it to go down, lol!). I have had my car and renter's insurance with Erie for over 35 years. I worked for a competitor and my boss told me I should have my insurance with the competitor. Even with my employee discount, the competitor could not come anywhere near Erie's rates. Every time I have needed them, they have been right there and things were handled as smoothly as possible. I never even think about shopping my insurance rates.
We switched to using Shelby Mutual Insurance Agency from our local Nationwide agency here in Columbus and have saved hundreds of dollars. Referred my in laws and our son and his wife who have been able to save money with them as well. Totally trust a small town agency who I know will return our calls and take care of our needs. (Grew up in Shelby and my grandpa and dad ran it with Mr. Broderick for years, so I am a little biased. 🙂)
