I lived for 2 years in an apartment in Neil Avenue, managed by Shelby Management, and had a great experience with Steve and other staff. The maintenance folks were always very responsive and very helpful. I recommend renting from Shelby Management.
Shelby Management was one of the better leasing companies I have had experience with on OSU campus. Steve was always helpful, and maintenance was timely, although rarely needed for my apartment (no issues except a battery change in the fire alarm and a fuse blown due to my silly little self). Overall, would recommend to someone, and would rent from this company again.
