Shelby Management was one of the better leasing companies I have had experience with on OSU campus. Steve was always helpful, and maintenance was timely, although rarely needed for my apartment (no issues except a battery change in the fire alarm and a fuse blown due to my silly little self). Overall, would recommend to someone, and would rent from this company again.
Steve was very helpful and even helped manage our internal roommate conflict! He was responsive and professional with managing problems.
