Fantastic, thoughtful, sensitive clinician, I'd highly recommend, also great personality and sense of humor
I have contemplated writing this for a while and finally have come to the decision to write this review. I would not recommend Shelby as a relationship therapist. She lacked boundaries in our sessions with my partner and me, asking questions to get to her own personal answers for her own relationship with her husband. My partner and I walked away thinking “what the hell just happened”, leading both of us to be even more disregulated. It was the strangest thing I have experienced.
