Caring individual that goes above and beyond for patients. I find the care to be helpful plus she gets me thinking about why/where/how I want my journey to be written.
Saw a single negative review here and had to leave my own, because I've been a client of Shelby's for 3+ years and she has been a major advocate for me. She's seen me through incredibly difficult periods of time involving grief/loss, exacerbation of my OCD compulsions, both manic and depressive episodes from bipolar, and more. Extremely unprofessional and over booked. She will cancel on you last minute and cannot hold an appointment time. She doesnt seem to have any idea what shes doing. Overall, she obviously doesnt care about her patients and is just trying to make a buck. She has no ethics and is happy to lie if she needs to. Two faced and biased. Definitely avoid.
