Have shoulder pain for 6 months. Had xrays and an MRI which shows a tear in the tendon. I explained how much pain I'm in to the point where I can't sleep. Two and a half weeks later after calling 3 times for a referral I had to go to the office. Turns out she never marked it as urgent.
