Great staff they take care of me every time I’m there and always there to help no matter the situation thanks to all the staff
I am growing extremely frustrated with this office. I am paralyzed and spend most of my life in a hospital bed. I have been asking for an order for a gel mattress cover for 2 months now. I have called at least 20 times, and im not exaggerating. I'm getting skin breakdown, and this is very important. It should be something simple. LOVE 3RD STREET CLINIC WONDERFUL NURSES AND DENTISTS THEY ARE ALL SO NICE
Called at 4pm on Thursday, was told they accept walk in emergency visits. Was told they open at 7am tomorrow, only accept the first 14 people. Live over an hour away. Drove all the way there, never opened at 7….waited til 730, had 4 other people show up and was told the exact same thing. Called the main office in Mansfield, the Shelby office is CLOSED FOR RENOVATION! These people clearly don’t know what they are talking about. Not only wasted time, the drive and now can’t get into a walk in emergency center, place is ridicul... read more
